We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with solid hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing GenAI solutions across a variety of business and technology use cases.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI and GenAI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, model evaluation, API integrations, and production deployment practices.

The candidate should have prior experience working on GenAI initiatives that have progressed beyond proof of concept and have been successfully deployed in production environments. They should be comfortable building AI-powered applications, intelligent features, automation solutions, copilots, and digital products that deliver measurable business value.

The individual should be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product owners, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise IT functions. They should be able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions that enhance user experiences, automate workflows, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.

The candidate should bring strong problem-solving skills, sound engineering practices, and a product-focused mindset to identify opportunities, design scalable architectures, and deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable GenAI solutions across enterprise, platform, and product development environments.

Role:

The GenAI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications, digital products, platforms, and business processes.

The role involves identifying AI opportunities, designing solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, and APIs, and delivering production-ready applications that are secure, scalable, and reliable. The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, platform, data, and business teams to build and operationalize GenAI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience taking GenAI solutions from concept to production and applying AI to solve real business and technology challenges.

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, platform engineering, or systems integration.
- Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, or cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, and AI Agents.
- Experience building and integrating APIs (REST, gRPC) and connecting AI solutions with enterprise and product platforms.
- Familiarity with MCP, agent orchestration frameworks, and multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of AI security, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, data privacy, and governance practices.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, intelligent features, automation solutions, or digital products.
- Proven track record of deploying, monitoring, and optimizing GenAI solutions in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
