Furlec Group of Companies is looking for a GeM Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) tendering and government procurement processes.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing tender documentation, submitting bids, and coordinating the complete tendering process.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant GeM tenders according to company requirements.
- Monitor GeM portal regularly for new tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids/tenders within the given deadlines.
- Handle complete tender documentation and ensure all required documents are properly arranged.
- Coordinate with the internal team for technical and commercial documents.
- Maintain records of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Track tender status, corrigendums, bid results, and deadlines.
- Assist in preparing quotations and other required tender-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with GeM rules, tender terms, and submission requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding important tender opportunities and submitted bids.

Required Skills & Experience




- Prior hands-on experience in GeM tendering is mandatory/preferred.
- Good understanding of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, technical and commercial bids.
- Valuable MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tender deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage tender-related work.

Working Model
- Every Friday: Candidate will work from the Furlec office in Noida.
- The candidate should remain available for tender-related coordination and urgent submissions when required.
- This is a freelancer/part-time opportunity, suitable for candidates who already have GeM tendering experience and can independently manage the process.
- Compensation

Monthly CTC: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 Additional Incentive: Performance/tender-based incentive will be provided based on successful tender participation, results, and company-defined criteria.

Final compensation and incentive structure will be discussed based on experience, GeM expertise, and relevant performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
