Job Summary
Zomono is looking for an experienced GeM / Tender Manager to manage Government procurement, GeM operations and end-to-end tender activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage relevant GeM and Government tender opportunities.
- Handle tender documentation, bid preparation and online submission.
- Review tender requirements and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documents.
- Track tender deadlines, bid status and results.
- Maintain tender records, trackers and reports.
- Manage GeM bids, listings and related activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of GeM / Tender experience.
- Strong understanding of GeM and Government procurement.
- Hands-on experience with e-tenders and bid management.
- Good MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good deadline management.
