We are looking for an experienced GCP Cloud Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and solid hands-on expertise in designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions. The candidate should have proven architecture and technical leadership experience , with the ability to lead technical teams and drive complex cloud initiatives.

Responsiblities-

- Design and define scalable, secure, and highly available GCP architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering, application, DevOps, security, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical direction and lead development/engineering teams on architecture and implementation.
- Establish cloud architecture standards, best practices, security controls, and governance.
- Review existing systems and recommend improvements around performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization .
- Create architecture diagrams, technical designs, solution documents, and implementation roadmaps.




- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide hands-on architectural guidance.

Required skills -
- 10+ years of overall IT experience , with significant experience in cloud architecture.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise cloud architecture.
- Experience with GCP Compute, Kubernetes/GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC, Load Balancing and related services.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high availability .
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and DevOps practices .
- Experience designing microservices and API-based architectures .
- Strong experience in technical/team leadership and stakeholder management.

Important: This is primarily an Architect / Technical Lead role , not a traditional managerial position. Candidates should be comfortable remaining technically involved while leading architecture and engineering initiatives.
