Hiring | Account Manager – Hunter Role- Global IT Services Company- Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Business Development professional with a strong hunter mindset to drive current business acquisition, build strategic relationships, and expand enterprise accounts.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage senior stakeholders to open new GCC accounts
- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and consultative selling
- Build strong relationships with GCC stakeholders and identify new business opportunities
- Develop proactive sales pitches and maintain a healthy business pipeline
- Build and expand client relationships across IT Services and Professional Services
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify opportunities across Professional Staffing and IT Solutions
- Drive account planning, forecasting, and revenue predictability
- Collaborate with delivery, consulting, recruitment,



and pre-sales teams to ensure successful engagements
- Lead QBRs, executive governance meetings, and strategic account discussions
- Ensure commercial discipline, margin management, and overall account health

? What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in Account Management / Hunter-led Sales / Business Development
- Strong understanding of Professional Staffing, IT Services, and IT Solutions
- Experience in consultative selling and new client acquisition
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic and execution capabilities
- Experience managing large/strategic accounts ($10M+ preferred)
- Experience selling to mid-to-large enterprises and GCC clients
