Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced GATI Software & Logistics Executive to independently manage day-to-day shipment and logistics operations.

The role will be responsible for shipment booking and tracking through GATI software, coordinating domestic and international shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely and safe dispatch of consignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle GATI software for booking, processing, and tracking shipments.
- Manage domestic and international shipments and related documentation.
- Coordinate with GATI, courier partners, and internal teams.
- Track deliveries and proactively follow up on delayed or pending shipments.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, invoices, and other logistics documentation.




- Ensure the safe and timely dispatch of consignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Manage day-to-day logistics activities independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, dispatch, or courier operations.
- Hands-on experience with GATI software is mandatory.
- Experience in shipment booking, processing, and tracking.
- Experience handling domestic and international shipments.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience handling jewellery or other high-value shipments will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
