Role & responsibilities
Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Perform routine quality inspections and testing as per SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and sample retention records.
- Ensure calibration and proper handling of laboratory instruments.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and support corrective actions.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and provide quality-related feedback.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and safety requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams on quality issues.
Preferred candidate profile To perform quality control testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
