Role Description As a Game Development Trainer at Avodha, you will deliver classroom-based instruction to learners at the Kukatpalli campus, guiding them through core concepts in programming, game design, and gameplay development. You will design and update training materials, including lectures, hands-on exercises, projects, and assessments, to align with industry practices and course objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining complex technical topics in straightforward terms, demonstrating tools and engines used in game development, mentoring learners on their projects,



and providing constructive feedback on performance.

You will collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to improve curriculum quality, track learner progress, and support job-readiness initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kukatpalli.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess applied skills in Game Programming and Gameplay Programming.
- Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Game Design and player experience understanding.
- Experience with common game engines or frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Godot) and version control tools is beneficial.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience, especially with beginner and intermediate learners, is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in an engaging manner are required.
- A degree or formal education in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
