Role Description The Fundraiser intern will support Sai Sukh Hari Foundation in securing financial resources and partnerships to expand its impact in rural communities. This internship role is remote, allowing the intern to work from any location while coordinating closely with the foundation’s team. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential donors and partners, preparing fundraising proposals and outreach messages, and assisting in planning online campaigns and events.

The intern will engage with individual donors, corporate sponsors,



and community groups through email, social media, and virtual meetings. Additional tasks may include maintaining donor records, tracking campaign progress, and contributing creative ideas to improve fundraising strategies and communication materials.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic research on potential donors, partners, and funding opportunities, and to synthesize findings into clear insights.
- Interest in nonprofit work, social impact, and rural development, particularly in areas such as health, education, and women’s empowerment.
- Comfort with remote work, including effective time management, self-motivation, and collaboration via online communication tools.
- Proficiency with common office and online tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing, social media platforms).
- Eligibility and willingness to commit to the internship schedule as agreed with Sai Sukh Hari Foundation.
- This is an unpaid internship. On completion of internship interns would get certificate of completion. They would have a chance to get letter of recommedation if they perform positive. Interns can also get a chance to work as team leader.
