Roles & Responsibilities:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Functional Safety ISO 26262, specifically in:
- Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5 and Part 6 from ISO 26262 2018
- Domain-EV Powertrain
- Good knowledge or experience in System Requirement Engineering
- Good knowledge of Safety Analysis methods like FTA, FMEA, FMEDA
- Strong knowledge on Part 5 from ISO 26262
- Basis knowledge of Part 6 from ISO 26262
- ASIL Decomposition, Freedom from Interference
- Basic knowledge on project and issue management systems like JIRA is preferable
- Shall be able to suggest improvements in System architecture, hardware design and diagnostics from suppliers
- Shall be able to review hardware specifications from suppliers
- Shall be able to understand and make HSI documents
- Shall be able to build Safety concepts
- Flexible for international travel (e.g., 3 months)

Software Skills:

- Reliability Work Bench for FTA, MS Project, MS Visio

Language Skills:

- Must be fluent in English

Good to have:

- ISO 26262 Level 1 Certification
- Reliability Engineering
- Proactive in closing gaps & improving processes
- Flexible for international travel (e.g., 3 months)
