About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven team-handling and leadership experience. You will be responsible for guiding the development team, driving technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers and ensure effective task allocation and delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Work extensively with databases and ensure efficient database design, queries, and performance.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Proven team-handling/team-leadership experience is mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
