Position Details

- Role: Fullstack Engineer

- Position: Permanent

- Location: Mumbai / Bhubaneswar

- Experience: 5+ years

- Working Days: 5 Days

- Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days max.

- Mandatory Skillset: Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django -

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript -Angular, React, Node.js, XML, jQuery)

- Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

- Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

- Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

- Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)





- Develop and maintain frontend components using React.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4-10 years of qualified experience in full stack development.

- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

- Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

- Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of serverless computing.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
