Nurotech Solutions is looking for a skilled Full-Stack Website Developer who can independently develop, maintain, and optimize modern, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both frontend and backend development, understand website architecture, APIs, databases, security, performance optimization, and be comfortable working with designers, marketing teams, and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

- Develop responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, pixel-accurate interfaces.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.

Backend Development
- Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and server-side functionality.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Work with databases and ensure productive data management.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and basic security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues.

Full-Stack Development
- Handle complete website development from frontend to backend.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs and databases.




- Develop reusable and scalable components.
- Debug issues across the complete technology stack.
- Maintain existing websites and continuously improve functionality.

Website & Performance Optimization
- Improve website loading speed and Core Web Vitals.
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance.
- Implement SEO-friendly technical structures.
- Optimize images, code, database queries, caching, and server performance.
- Ensure websites follow security and development best practices.

Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, digital marketing teams, and project managers.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Estimate development timelines and communicate progress.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues.

Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience, technical skills, and project expertise.
