Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site

Salary : Based on interview and assignment performance.

This role covers that entire stack: the company websites and city-wise campaign landing pages, the internal field application used daily by our sales team, the lead pipeline running from advertising through the CRM to the field, and the Frappe/ERPNext configuration underneath it.

Scope of the role

- UI/UX design in Figma, including the company design system, ahead of development
- Responsive websites and city-wise landing pages built in React.js and Next.js
- Feature development and maintenance on the internal field application
- Lead-flow automation and integrations across advertising platforms, the CRM and WhatsApp
- Frappe/ERPNext configuration, user permissions and data integrity

What we are looking for

- Strong command of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with React.js and Next.js applied in production
- Working proficiency in Figma and a sound grasp of UI/UX fundamentals




- One backend language used in production: Python, Node.js or PHP
- REST API design and consumption, webhooks and third-party integrations
- Git and GitHub, with demonstrable live deployment experience
- Exposure to ERP or CRM platforms; Frappe/ERPNext preferred
- Clear written and spoken communication in English and Hindi, including with non-technical colleagues

Qualification: B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc or M.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent. Candidates at the start of their careers with a strong portfolio are assessed on the same basis as experienced applicants. Compensation is determined by performance in the technical assignment and interviews rather than by years of experience or previous CTC.
