About the Role

Argos Watches is looking for an experienced and skilled Full Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of developing, maintaining, and improving our web applications and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development, building scalable solutions, fixing technical issues, integrating APIs, and improving website performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Build new website features and improve existing functionalities.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Work with databases and ensure proper data management.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure responsive performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, IT, and other teams.
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Manage website updates, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
- Stay updated with modern web development technologies and best practices.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to independently handle development tasks and projects.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working on e-commerce/D2C websites will be an advantage.
