About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will deliver hands-on engineering work against a multi-year product roadmap. The immediate priorities are migrating infrastructure fully onto AWS using the AWS Landing Zone Accelerator approach and building major new features intended to unlock a recent client tier. A secondary, lower-priority initiative involves unifying multiple platforms into a single UI.

You will primarily work across .NET backend and Angular frontend development, embedded directly within existing scrum teams and daily stand-ups. This is a senior individual-contributor role rather than a technical leadership or people-management position. The priority is .NET and Angular full-stack capability, although Angular-only, .NET-only and front-end-leaning full-stack profiles can also be considered.

Responsibilities

- Deliver senior-level full-stack engineering work against the product roadmap.

- Contribute to the migration of infrastructure fully onto AWS, following the AWS Landing Zone Accelerator approach.

- Build major new product features intended to unlock a new client tier.





- Contribute to the lower-priority initiative to unify multiple platforms into a single UI.

- Deliver backend development using .NET and frontend development using Angular within the main ADP team.

- Work as a hands-on individual contributor, with technical leadership retained internally.

- Embed directly into existing scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups.

- Communicate consistently with the wider team throughout delivery rather than working through a specification-handoff approach.

- Deliver detail-oriented, high-quality work that minimises rework.

- Flag ambiguity and clarify requirements rather than making assumptions within a complex domain.

- Work within the existing Agile process, including stand-ups and sprints.

- Execute against roadmap tickets while also being able to reason about architecture where required for the AWS migration and platform-unification work.

- Prioritise thoroughness, quality and communication over speed.

Requirements

- Senior-level software development experience; this role is specifically intended for experienced developers rather than junior or mid-level profiles.

- 5+ years of experience with .NET, currently using .NET 10 or the latest version.

- 3+ years of experience with Angular, currently using Angular 21 or the latest version.

- 3+ years of experience with SQL Server / MSSQL.

- 3+ years of experience with Docker.

- Written and spoken English communication skills.

- 2+ years of front-end depth,



including UI/component architecture. Exceptional candidates may still be considered without this requirement, including Angular-only profiles without .NET.

- Ability to collaborate closely, communicate consistently and participate actively in daily stand-ups.

- Detail-oriented approach, with an emphasis on avoiding rework and clarifying ambiguity rather than guessing.

- Ability to work within an established Agile process involving stand-ups and sprints.

- Ability to reason about architecture where required, particularly around infrastructure migration and platform-unification work.

- Ability to work core UK hours, with a maximum time-zone difference of four hours ahead of the UK.

Nice to Have

- AWS cloud infrastructure experience; Azure or other cloud experience can be considered as a substitute.

- Blazor experience; Angular can be considered as a substitute.

- Node.js experience.
