About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications primarily on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. As a Full Stack Engineer at IndusGuru Network Partners, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. This position is a full-time, dedicated role, requiring commitment to a single client project, with an emphasis on delivering quality results in a timely manner.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development,



with proven expertise in modern web technologies. Proficiency in Azure cloud services is a must, along with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts effectively. Candidates should have a strong background in developing REST APIs, working with databases, and implementing cloud-native application architectures.

Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (such as Docker and Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is essential. A solid understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and responsive UI/UX design is also required. Candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields will be preferred.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on Azure cloud services. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Implement RESTful APIs, optimize database interactions, and ensure seamless integration across various systems. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces that enhance user experience. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.





Ensure application security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and continuously improve development practices to enhance application performance and reliability.
