Hiring: Full Stack Lead

Location: Chennai Work From Office

Shift: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM

Experience: 6–8 Years

Role: Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications.

Collaborate with Technical Architects, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.

Design and implement APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations using RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.

Drive the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.

Own the complete software development lifecycle from planning and design through deployment and post-release support.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtime.

Work with project managers on effort estimation, sprint planning, and timely delivery.

Required Skills





Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

6–8 years of Full Stack Development experience, including at least 2 years in a Lead/Technical Lead role.

Strong expertise in

TypeScript

JavaScript

React

Node.js

Robust database knowledge – SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB or similar.

Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP.

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

DevOps practices and tooling.

Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.

Web security best practices.

Serverless and cloud-native architectures.

Ability to drive technology decisions and process improvements.
