Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable writing clean backend logic and building responsive frontend interfaces. You will work on real-world product engineering — including our in-house AI-native SaaS platform — and contribute to client delivery projects. This is a builder's role: we move fast, care deeply about code quality, and expect you to own what you ship.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel and Python on the backend
- Build responsive, performant frontend interfaces using React.js and up-to-date JavaScript (ES6+)
- Design and optimize MySQL database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies
- Implement and manage Redis for caching, queuing, and session management
- Provision, configure, harden, and maintain bare-metal Ubuntu/Debian servers — including Nginx/Apache, SSL, firewall rules, cron jobs, and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate on API design (RESTful and/or GraphQL) and third-party integrations
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code; participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with urgency and ownership
- Contribute to architecture decisions for scalability and performance

Required Skills & Experience





- 3–6 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework (including Eloquent ORM, queues, events, middleware)
- Working knowledge of Python for backend services, scripting, or API development (FastAPI/Flask is a plus)
- Solid experience with React.js and JavaScript — state management, hooks, component architecture
- Proficient with MySQL — schema design, query optimization, migrations
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering bare-metal Ubuntu or Debian Linux servers (not just cloud console clicks)
- Experience with Redis — caching strategies, pub/sub, queue backends
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and deployment best practices
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-thinking skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Inertia.js (Laravel + React stack)
- Exposure to AI/ML APIs or LLM integrations
- Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Familiarity with Docker, supervisord, or similar tools
- Experience building or contributing to a B2B SaaS product
