Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience in developing and maintaining web applications. The candidate will be responsible for working across backend development, frontend development, databases, APIs, ERP integrations, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in either Java with Spring Boot or Node.js with Express, along with practical knowledge of React, MySQL/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git and AWS.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js and Express.

- Design, develop and maintain REST APIs and business services.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.

- Create dashboards, administrative panels, forms and reporting interfaces.

- Design and maintain databases using MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.

- Write efficient SQL queries and handle database indexing and optimisation.

- Develop and maintain integrations with ERP and other third-party applications.

- Handle data synchronisation between internal and external systems.

- Implement secure authentication, authorisation and data validation.

- Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.

- Perform unit and integration testing.

- Deploy and support applications on AWS.

- Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and sprint planning.

- Maintain basic technical documentation for APIs and integrations.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of hands-on software development experience.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work across both frontend and backend technologies.





- Ability to understand third-party API documentation and implement integrations.

- Positive written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc.

Computer

Science / IT or equivalent

Skills

- Strong knowledge of Java with Spring Boot or Node.js with Express.

- Working knowledge of the other backend technology will be an advantage.

- Understanding of REST API development and integration.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, nextjs.

- React Hooks, components, state management and routing.

- HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript ES6+.

- Basic working knowledge of TypeScript.

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS or a similar framework.

- MySQL and/or PostgreSQL database schema design, SQL joins, queries, indexing, and optimisation.

- Experience integrating ERP or other third-party business applications.

- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication and data mapping.

- Basic knowledge of OAuth/token-based authentication and error handling.

- Git and standard version-control workflows.

- Basic Linux command-line knowledge.

- Basic working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
