Preemptive Technofield Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our technology team in Kalkaji, New Delhi.

We are looking for a developer with strong hands-on experience in CRM, ERP, Web Applications, Backend/API Development, Database Integration, and Business Application Development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining technology solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain CRM/ERP and web-based business applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party applications.
- Design and manage databases, integrations, and data flows.
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance.
- Develop current features, modules, workflows, and business functionalities.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Work on application integrations with internal and external systems.
- Participate in testing, deployment, debugging, and maintenance activities.
- Take ownership of assigned development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver suitable technology solutions.





What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM / ERP / Web Application Development.
- Good knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and databases.
- Experience with backend development and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
