Role: Full Stack Developer

About the role

Build and ship the SourceWithAI platform — the AI-native sourcing engine connecting buyers to global manufacturing at factory-direct pricing. You own features end-to-end, from database to UI, and deploy to production.

The stack

- Frontend: Next.js / React
- Backend: Node.js / Express
- AI service: Python / FastAPI
- Data: MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Deploy: gated production pipeline (plan → confirm)

What you'll do

- Design, build and ship features across frontend, backend and AI service
- Own quote/search/catalog flows: product data, pricing logic, decoration + shipping calculators
- Integrate and maintain search (Elasticsearch) and caching (Redis) layers
- Write clean, tested, production-grade code and debug live issues




- Participate in code review and authorized deploys

Must-have

- 3+ years full-stack experience shipping production web apps
- Robust JS/TS across Next.js + Node/Express
- Python experience (FastAPI a plus)
- Comfort with MongoDB; bonus: Elasticsearch, Redis
- Ownership mindset — takes a feature from spec to live without hand-holding
- Clear async communication across time zones
- Experienced person w opportunity to scale

Nice-to-have

- AI/LLM app experience
- E-commerce / marketplace / sourcing domain
- DevOps / CI/CD exposure
