- Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary UI frameworks.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into web and enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered features using OpenAI and other LLM APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI agent frameworks.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using document processing, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge bases.
- Develop and integrate AI chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents, recommendation systems, text-generation, summarization, classification, and document-intelligence solutions.
- Work with prompt engineering, structured outputs, function/tool calling, context management, and LLM evaluation.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search using technologies such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or PostgreSQL/pgvector.
- Integrate AI models with existing applications through REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Develop AI workflows capable of using external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth 2.0, JWT, API security, and data protection.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement application monitoring, logging, performance optimization, error handling, and security best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code using appropriate design patterns and software engineering principles.
- Develop automated unit, integration, API, end-to-end, and AI-specific tests.
- Optimize frontend performance, backend APIs, database queries, and AI inference costs and latency.
- Work with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
- Design scalable architectures for SaaS, AI-powered platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and development tasks.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, developer tools, and automation technologies and identify opportunities for practical implementation.
- Ensure AI features are developed with appropriate security, privacy, reliability, responsible-AI, and data-governance practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and continuously improve application reliability and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, deployment processes, AI workflows, and system integrations.
