Frontend Engineer - Lead / Senior

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced frontend engineers to build modern, secure, responsive, and high-performing enterprise web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. The role requires strong component design, API integration, usability, accessibility, and production engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build modern web experiences using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop reusable components, layout systems, design-system patterns, and responsive user interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, authentication/authorization, and enterprise services.
- Implement robust state management, form handling, validation, error handling, telemetry, and client-side performance optimization.
- Ensure accessibility, browser compatibility, security, and responsive behavior across devices.
- Write automated unit/component/end-to-end tests and participate in code reviews and release-readiness activities.
- Collaborate closely with UX/product, backend, QA, and architecture teams.




- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Required Experience & Skills

- Lead: 8-10+ years overall frontend/software engineering experience; Senior: 5-7+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, contemporary JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience consuming REST APIs and implementing authentication, authorization, and protected application routes.
- Strong understanding of reusable component architecture, state management, browser performance, and responsive design.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, code-review, and Git-based development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), frontend observability, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to Azure-hosted applications and enterprise identity platforms.
- Experience with AI-assisted UI/code generation tools and modern design-to-code workflows.
