: Frontend Developer

Position Summary and Role Overview

As part of the Frontend Team will be actively contributing to the codebase. While you will work on larger strategic projects brining in recent features to the product , on regular ticket delivery and resolution, on UI/UX changes and more.

In this role, you will interpret the technical direction set by engineering leadership and translate it into actionable, well-scoped milestones. Hands-on understanding of the codebase is essential for making sound decisions regarding your delivery and for shipping high-quality code yourself.

You will work on cross-functional conversations with designers, backend developers, and product managers, advocating for your views while aligning their efforts with broader organizational priorities.

You will champion engineering excellence, architect robust user interfaces using Vue.js, TypeScript, and Vuetify and current AI tools.

You will bridge the gap between UI/UX design and technical implementation, while collaborating closely with our US-based cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance web applications.

Experience & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or higher degree in CSE, CE, BCA,



or MCA with a strong academic track record from a renowned Tier-1 institution.
- Overall Experience: 3-4 years of demonstrated professional engineering experience in Frontend Development
- Team Colaboration : Proven experience successfully working with and resolving issue with cross functional teams mainly the AI , Ui/UX , new feature development and ticket reolutions on a tight deadline as we have an struct 5 week Agile build process. Our current build is Release 331 whcih will show the discipline and trackrecord of our developers,

Technical Skillset & Core Tech Stack

- Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Vue.js and extensive hands-on experience with Vuetify (or similar component frameworks).
- Languages: Deep expertise in TypeScript and strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- State Management: Advanced knowledge of Vue-specific state management libraries, specifically Pinia and Vuex.
- Styling & Preprocessors: Experience with Tailwind CSS (or utility-first CSS approaches) and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Use AI - Claude and GemiiPro for higher productivity but realisng the hallucinations created by any AI Agent

Tooling & Practices

- Build & Version Control: Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, ESLint) and advanced proficiency with Git.
- API Integration: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous request handling.
- Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Cypress, Storybook).
- Standards: Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Nice-to-Have

- Backend & Cloud: Basic understanding of Node.js, Firebase, or cloud-native technologies.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend deployment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Architecture & Development: Develop, architect, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript, taking ownership of both large features and daily ticket work.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and highly optimized code. Your outputs should serve as the standard blueprint and benchmark for the rest of the team.
- AI Integration:



Effectively leverage AI tools and methodologies to drive developer productivity and efficiency across the frontend team.
- Optimization: Continuous profiling and optimization of applications for maximum speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes/mockups into interactive interfaces, and collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and API integration.

You will be working on a Gartner MQ poduct and an top level engineering team developing a nocode platfrom for process digitization and incorporating GIS and a full communication suite . Please look up our website for more information

All of this needs more depth eg API throttling and changes to UI/UX plus new feature development are core to our 5 week agile sprints. Wer are on Release 331 at the moment. This is an exciting position where you have the opportunity to showcase your talent as wll as build a team in India .

Selection Process

i. We shortlist candidates based on their resumes and ona short form that we send based on LinkedIn AI results. This form will not contain any exercises but you will have to upload a short video of yourself on why you think you are qualified for this job and how it will contribute to your career goals ii.

Based on the forms and your video will will call selected candidates for a face to face technical interview. This will take a minimum of 4 hours and will be done in our NOIDA office in sector 63.

iii. Once you clear this technical interview a short HR assessment will be set up - the same day as the Tech Interview iv. The next step will be a interviews with the Front End Lead in the US or HOD and thereafter a panel interview to finally close the hiring.

We expect all of this to be completed withing 14 days of your submitting the rom mentioned in Para (i) above.
