Make & manage calls

Schedule meetings & appointments

Welcome & handle visitors

Basic email & office coordination

Manage social media activities

Basic photo/video editing

Use ChatGPT & AI tools for everyday work

Coordinate with management, clients & team members

We’re Looking For

✔Strong communication skills

✔Confident & professional personality

✔Smart, presentable & energetic

✔Good computer knowledge

✔Basic Canva / Photoshop / CapCut knowledge

✔Basic understanding of ChatGPT & AI

✔Quick learner with a positive attitude





Experience in Reception, Front Office, PA, Customer Handling or Social Media is a plus.
