Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-friendly and experienced Front Office Executive to handle hotel front desk operations, guest services, reservations, and OTA bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle check-in and check-out of hotel guests.
- Manage front desk operations and guest enquiries.
- Handle OTA bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Manage bookings through platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain guest records, billing, and daily front office reports.
- Monitor room availability and reservation status.




- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
- Handle telephone calls, enquiries, and walk-in customers.
- Maintain professional communication with guests.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office / Reception in a hotel.
- OTA handling experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience with MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda or similar OTA platforms.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and hotel booking/PMS software experience.
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
- Candidates from Hotel / Resort / Hospitality backgrounds preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
