Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role located in Guindy.
The Front Office
Executive will manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Daily tasks include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting room schedules, handling mail and courier services, and supporting basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation. The role involves liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations, assisting with travel and appointment scheduling,
and maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.
The Front Office
Executive is expected to uphold company protocols, maintain confidentiality, and provide courteous, efficient service to visitors and team members.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with visitors, customers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess customer service and front desk management skills, including handling phone calls, visitor reception, and inquiry resolution.
- Candidates should possess basic administrative and organizational skills, such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document handling.
- Candidates should possess computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment like printers and scanners.
- Candidates should possess time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and reliability in following procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
- Relevant experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles is preferred;
experience in a technology or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
