We are looking for a Front-End Developer with 25 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript to build contemporary, scalable enterprise web applications.

The role requires strong fundamentals in frontend engineering, component architecture, application performance, API integration, and responsive UI development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking product and UX requirements and translating them into well-structured, production-quality applications

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend architecture and coding practices.
- Work extensively with the Next.js App Router, layouts, routing, middleware, and server/client component architecture.
- Implement appropriate rendering strategies including SSR, SSG, ISR, and client-side rendering based on application requirements.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and/or GraphQL services, including authentication, error handling, caching, and data synchronization.
- Build complex application interfaces including dashboards, forms, tables, workflows, filters, search, and data-driven components.
- Manage application state effectively using React capabilities and appropriate state-management/data-fetching libraries.
- Optimize applications for performance, Core Web Vitals, bundle size, page-load speed, and scalability.
- Implement responsive interfaces accurately from Figma/design specifications and maintain consistency with design systems.
- Ensure browser compatibility, accessibility, usability, and responsive behaviour across devices.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-structured code following engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews,



troubleshoot frontend issues, and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, AI/Engineering, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of professional frontend development experience, with strong hands-on experience building production applications using Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including:

- Components and component lifecycle

- Hooks

- Context

- State and props management

- Component composition
- Rendering behaviour and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with modern Next.js architecture, including:

App Router

- Server and Client Components

- Dynamic and nested routing

- Layouts

- Middleware

- Route Handlers
- Server-side and static rendering

- Data fetching and caching
- Good understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR, hydration, and rendering trade-offs.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
- Experience building reusable components and working with component libraries/design systems.
- Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is an advantage.
- Experience handling authentication and authorization flows, such as JWT, OAuth, session-based authentication,



or libraries such as NextAuth/Auth.js.
- Experience with frontend state/data management using tools such as React Query/TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or equivalent.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, including lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization, caching, bundle optimization, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with form handling and validation using libraries such as React Hook Form, Zod, Yup, or equivalent.
- Experience writing frontend tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Good knowledge of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of browser developer tools, debugging techniques, network requests, and frontend performance profiling.
- Working knowledge of frontend security practices including XSS, CSRF, secure authentication, input validation, and safe API handling.
- Solid problem-solving ability and the ability to independently debug and resolve application issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a product engineering team.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Working knowledge of Node.js and backend concepts.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or complex workflow-based applications.
- Exposure to micro-frontends, monorepos, Nx, Turborepo, or similar architectures.
- Experience with visualization libraries such as Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with Storybook and maintaining reusable design systems.
- Experience with monitoring/error-tracking tools such as Sentry, Datadog, or similar.
- Exposure to integrating AI/LLM-powered APIs or AI-enabled application features would be an advantage.
