Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition pipeline, and conducting market research to evaluate new territories. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting the franchise model, coordinating due diligence and documentation, and supporting franchisees during onboarding.

The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure brand standards are communicated clearly, maintaining relationships with existing franchise partners,



and tracking performance metrics to support sustainable franchise growth.

Qualifications

- Franchise development and business expansion skills, including lead generation, partner evaluation, and territory planning.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in presenting business proposals and closing franchise or B2B agreements.
- Relationship management and communication skills to build long-term partnerships with franchise owners and internal stakeholders.
- Basic financial and analytical skills for reviewing franchise business plans, ROI projections, and performance reports.
- Knowledge of food & beverage or retail operations and brand standards implementation is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Vadodara, travel within assigned regions as needed, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM software) and strong organizational skills.
