Our work spans Amazon and marketplace advertising, quick commerce, performance marketing across Google and Meta, creative and branding, social media management, and AI-augmented content production. We partner with D2C, FMCG, and retail brands to turn marketplace and media spends into measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

Are you at the start of your career and excited about the world of performance and digital marketing. RB2F is looking for freshers and interns who want to learn the craft from people who do it every day for some of the country's fastest growing brands.

You do not need years of experience. You need curiosity, hunger to learn, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves. We will teach you how marketplace advertising, performance marketing, and AI powered workflows actually work in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior team members in setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns across marketplaces and performance channels
- Help with keyword research, competitor tracking, and market analysis
- Support data collection, reporting, and dashboard preparation




- Learn to read and interpret campaign metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity for research and content support
- Take notes in client and internal meetings and follow up on action items
- Bring fresh ideas and a willingness to experiment

What You'll Learn

- How PPC advertising works across Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms
- The fundamentals of performance marketing on Google and Meta
- How to work with data, build reports, and make decisions from numbers
- How AI tools fit into a modern marketing workflow
- How a full-service agency runs accounts for D2C, FMCG, and retail brands

Candidate Education Qualification Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
- A background or genuine interest in marketing, business, or data is a plus

Candidate Experience Requirements

- No prior experience required
- Internship or project work in marketing is a bonus but not essential
- Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity about AI and how it is changing marketing
