Requirements
- French: B2–C2
- English: C1–C2
- 12th Pass: Minimum 6 months’ experience

Role
- Handle international customer calls in French
- Assist with bookings, cancellations, refunds & travel-related queries
- Maintain quality and SLA standards
- Document and escalate customer issues
