Role Description

Freelance Trainers (Aviation) at SkyAero Academy will deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions to learners pursuing aviation careers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, focused on conducting classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and exam preparation sessions in line with academy curriculum and regulatory requirements. Trainers will design lesson plans, develop training materials, assess learner performance through tests and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support learner progress.

The role also involves staying current with aviation regulations and industry trends, participating in periodic faculty meetings,



and collaborating with other trainers to maintain consistent training standards and an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in aviation operations, aviation safety, or airline/airport procedures, with the ability to translate complex concepts into explicit, learner-friendly content.
- Prior experience as an aviation trainer, instructor, or industry professional (e.g., cabin crew, ground staff, flight operations, or related roles) with a focus on training or mentoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum delivery, and learner assessment, including designing tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in aviation, hospitality, travel and tourism, or a related field; training certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a professional attitude, with the ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Hyderabad Area.
- Familiarity with current aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices; prior experience working with training academies or institutes is a plus.
