Freelance Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring requirements on a 4-month remote contract. This role is ideal for independent recruiters who are comfortable working on a performance-based model and consistently delivering quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Conduct initial interviews via phone or video
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and interview feedback
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations and timelines
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
- Meet defined hiring targets and timelines

Requirements & Qualifications





- Proven experience as a recruiter (freelance, agency, or in-house)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Target-driven mindset with a history of successful closures
- Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and Microsoft Office

Engagement Type: Freelance

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Compensation Model: Performance-Based (Per Successful Hire)
