About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to support the development and enhancement of AI-powered internal applications focused on document intelligence, OCR, data retrieval, RAG, and business process automation.

The role involves working with Python-based applications, Azure services, Databricks, document processing pipelines, and enterprise data sources to build and enhance intelligent solutions for document search, classification, retrieval, and conversational AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance AI-powered applications and AI agents using Python and LLM technologies.
- Work on OCR and document intelligence solutions using Tesseract and Azure OCR.
- Enhance document-upload and processing pipelines with metadata, document classification, site codes, and business-group assignments.
- Develop document-routing and storage workflows using Azure Storage and related Azure services.
- Integrate OCR-processed documents with Databricks, SQL Server, and Azure-based repositories.
- Support RAG-based document search and conversational AI solutions.
- Implement document preprocessing, OCR execution, post-processing, error handling, and duplicate-document identification.
- Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data for AI-powered retrieval and analysis.
- Develop, review, refactor, test,



and maintain Python applications.
- Use Git/GitHub for source-code management and collaborate with development and business teams.
- Support application deployment and troubleshooting within Azure environments.
- Work with enterprise systems and data sources such as SQL Server, CRM, PMDB, and internal repositories.

Required Skills

- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience with AI Agents / LLM-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with RAG and document retrieval.
- Experience with OCR technologies, preferably Tesseract and/or Azure OCR.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, particularly Azure Storage.
- Experience with Databricks and data processing.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of document processing, metadata management, and document classification.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and application development workflows.
- Knowledge of enterprise AI applications and conversational AI.
- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience with Azure CLI and Azure Storage Explorer.
- Experience integrating structured and unstructured data.
- Experience building internal enterprise search applications.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or advanced RAG architectures.
- Experience with AI-agent frameworks and LLM APIs.
- Experience with secure Azure application deployment.
