Freelance Talent Acquisition PartnerAbout the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner to work with our group on a project/vacancy basis.

This is an independent recruitment engagement and not a permanent HR position.

The selected professional will be responsible for managing the initial stages of recruitment whenever we have an open position.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the job requirement and candidate profile from Management.
- Prepare the recruitment strategy for each vacancy.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, qualified networks and other recruitment channels.
- Review and shortlist suitable CVs.
- Conduct the first-level candidate screening.
- Conduct the initial interview.
- Assess candidates based on experience, communication, skills and suitability for the role.
- Present shortlisted candidates to Management.
- Coordinate and schedule the final interview with Management.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.




- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates.

ImportantThe Talent Acquisition Partner will not make the final hiring decision. The final interview and selection will be conducted by Management.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good interviewing and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle recruitment assignments.
- Experience hiring for retail, automobile, sales, management or support functions will be an advantage.
- Strong network of potential candidates.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Engagement ModelFreelance / Project-based / Vacancy-based The professional may work with us whenever recruitment requirements arise. Commercial terms will be discussed based on experience and the agreed recruitment engagement model.
