About the Role:

nWe are looking for experienced Freelance Business Development professionals who can help us acquire recent clients in the IT and Manufacturing sectors. This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals with strong industry connections and a proven ability to generate business.

nThere is no fixed salary. Compensation is based on a revenue-sharing model, allowing you to earn attractive commissions on every successful client engagement

nKey Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients requiring IT or Manufacturing recruitment services.
n
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
n
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and personal contacts.
n
- Schedule client meetings and present our recruitment and staffing capabilities.
n
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with our recruitment team for timely delivery.
n
- Negotiate commercial terms in collaboration with management
n




- Ensure smooth client onboarding and maintain long-term business relationships
n
- Drive repeat business and identify opportunities for account growth
n

nRequirements:

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Staffing Sales
n
- Existing network of HR professionals, Talent Acquisition leaders, or business decision-makers is highly preferred.
n
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition services is an advantage
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
n
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring trends.
