Track to Head of Marketing

Consumer business, home services. We sell to parents in Bangalore. Just raised. Right now marketing is the founders doing it between everything else, and that stops working next month. You're the first marketing hire.

The job

You own all things marketing. Paid, organic, content, community, partnerships, brand. If it brings a parent or a caregiver to us, it's yours.

You run it with your own hands. Google Ads and Meta Ads are yours from day one. You set up the campaigns, write the copy, make the creatives, manage the budget, read the numbers every morning, and kill what isn't working before it eats the month.

Around that: landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, referrals, apartment and parent communities, content, partnerships. We sell to parents and we also recruit caregivers, so you'll run acquisition on both sides of the business.

You'll have the freedom to bring in interns and freelancers when the work needs more hands, and you'll decide who and when.

What you'll be measured on is simple. Cost per lead, cost per customer, and how many of those customers stay.

High ownership, high agency. The wins are yours and so are the misses. As the team grows,



this role is built to become Head of Marketing.

You'll do well here if

- Your English writing is in the top 1%. Every ad, landing page, and WhatsApp message you write will be read by parents deciding who looks after their child. Sloppy copy costs us trust.
- You communicate clearly and briefly, in writing and in person.
- You've spent real money in Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager yourself, and can tell us what your CPL was and what you did to move it.
- 1 to 4 years in. Performance marketing at a startup, a D2C brand, an agency where you actually ran the accounts, or your own side project.
- You can ship a decent creative in Canva or CapCut by lunch without waiting on a designer.
- You're comfortable in a spreadsheet and can build a funnel report on your own.
- Hindi or Kannada alongside English is a plus.
