Education ▪ Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, BITS, NITs, top commerce colleges) or an MBA from a leading business school.
Experience ▪ 3-5 years of progressive experience in a strategy, operations, or advisory role.
▪ Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy function or a high impact role at a scaled startup is strongly preferred.
▪ Demonstrated experience working at or closely with C-suite leadership in a complex, matrixed organisation.
▪ Track record of managing and delivering enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives.
