WeShuddhs is a rapid-growing D2C FMCG health & wellness brand (weshuddhs.in), built around Dr. Nishant Gupta's 4M community (We reach 1.5M followers on Instagram, 2.5M followers on Facebook and 600K subscribers on YouTube) . We ship FMCG products across India and run our own CRM, shipping and growth stack — all of it built in-house with AI.

The role

It’s a high-learning 0→1 role where you’ll help build a startup from scratch, work extensively with Claude Code and AI, and gain hands-on exposure to product, execution, and founder-level operations.

What you'll do

- Build products with AI — own features across our storefront, CRM and customer tools, and build them yourself using Claude Code and similar tools. Spec, prototype, ship, iterate.
- Solve ops problems with tech — shipping, RTO, NDR, warehouse and support are full of manual work. Find the bottleneck, automate it, prove the savings.
- Growth initiatives — run experiments across pricing, offers, checkout, retention and WhatsApp funnels. Hunt for the levers that compound.




- Partnerships — influencers and creators, plus courier, payment, tech and manufacturing vendors. Source them, negotiate, run the collaboration, track what it returned.
- Customer insight — talk to customers, read support tickets and chat data, and turn what you find into products and fixes people actually want.

What we're looking for

- 0–3 years in product, growth, consulting, operations, or founding/early-stage roles.
- Bonus: D2C/e-commerce or supply-chain exposure, and a technical background.
