Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Research trending beauty products, ingredients, brands, and consumer trends.

- Identify emerging trends and convert them into recent product ideas.

- Present market research and product opportunities to founders.

- Manage product sampling, testing, feedback, and iterations.

- Identify and coordinate with manufacturers and external partners.

- Follow up on pricing, feasibility, samples, and development timelines.

- Support the complete product development journey from concept to launch.

- Maintain records of research, samples, and product pipeline.
