As a Founder’s Office Intern, you’ll get unparalleled exposure to high-velocity decision-making, cross-functional problem-solving, and real-time startup operations.

Role & Responsibilities

- Support founders and leadership with day-to-day operations including calendar management, meeting prep, and internal comms coordination.
- Research and summarize industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging tech for strategic planning and investor pitch decks.
- Track key performance metrics, draft executive summaries, and build dashboards to visualize progress across teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, marketing, and finance teams by organizing syncs and documenting outcomes.
- Assist in preparing investor updates, board materials,



and internal reports with high attention to detail and visual clarity.
- Own ad-hoc projects that directly impact company efficiency—from building SOPs to automating routine workflows using no-code/low-code tools.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Notion
- Slack
- Google Workspace
- Excel / Google Sheets
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
- Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Basic Data Visualization (e.g., Chart, Pivot Table, Looker Studio)
- Strong Written Communication

Preferred

- Familiarity with AI/ML or SaaS startups
- Experience with CRM or automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Basic understanding of financial modeling or investor decks
