Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic projects, daily operations, and cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and business development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with gaming café partners, and helping track key metrics and project timelines. The intern will assist in organizing events and campaigns, documenting processes, and improving internal workflows to support rapid growth.

This is a full-time role based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement,



combining on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home days. The position offers exposure to decision-making at an early-stage startup and opportunities to take ownership of impactful tasks.

Qualifications

- Solid analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather data, derive insights, and present recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating concise reports, presentations, and emails for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational and project coordination abilities, such as managing tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, collaboration software) and openness to learning new platforms quickly.
- Interest in gaming, technology, or startup ecosystems, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, strategy, or entrepreneurship is an advantage.
