Finz is a Current York-based fintech rethinking how businesses run finance with AI. We’re creating a future where finance keeps pace with the business, so teams spend less time processing the past and more time shaping what happens next.

We’re hiring a Founder’s Office Intern to join our team in Koramangala, Bangalore and work directly with the founder across growth, strategy, and company-building.

What You’ll Do

- Research markets, industries, companies, and new opportunities
- Support customer acquisition through prospect research, outreach, and follow-ups
- Prepare for customer, partner, and investor conversations
- Research and develop partnerships and distribution opportunities
- Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback
- Maintain pipeline, priorities, and follow-through across commercial initiatives
- Turn research and conversations into clear recommendations and next steps
- Take on high-priority projects across the company as they emerge

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate business degree
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills




- Commercially minded and comfortable working with customers and prospects
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation skills
- Comfortable using AI extensively for research, analysis, and execution
- Organized, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Strong interest in startups, technology, fintech, and company-building

Preferred

- Previous experience in a startup, consulting, venture capital, investment banking, sales, or business development
- Experience with market research, customer discovery, or outbound sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and prospecting platforms
- Evidence of starting, leading, or taking ownership of something outside coursework

Internship 3 months, in person in Koramangala, Bangalore, with the opportunity to continue full-time based on performance.
