Role Description The Founder's Office – Growth & Strategy role is a full-time remote position that works closely with the founding team on high-impact initiatives across product, growth, and operations. The role involves supporting strategic decision-making, preparing executive updates and investor materials, and driving cross-functional projects that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This position also contributes to refining the product roadmap, designing experiments,



and building processes that help the company scale efficiently.

Qualifications

- Exposure to growth, strategy, or business operations in a startup, consulting, financial services, or technology environment.
- Ability to conduct structured research, synthesize insights, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in personal finance, investing, and empowering individual investors; prior investing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of integrity, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving early-stage setting.

Experience Required: 2-4 years Pay Range : As per Industry standards (just prove your skills)
