ROLE DESCRIPTION

Founder’s Office & Digital Operations Intern

This is a hands-on, remote internship role within the Founder’s Office and Digital Operations team at CrossLinksz.

The intern will work closely with the Founder and support a wide range of activities across social media, digital marketing, research, AI tools, recruitment support, data management, documentation, and day-to-day startup operations.

This is a generalist startup role, so the responsibilities may vary depending on the current priorities of the business. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new tools, researching independently, handling multiple types of tasks, and finding practical solutions.

The role provides exposure to early-stage startup operations, digital marketing, social media, AI-powered productivity, research, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING

- Support social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, captions, Stories, and other content
- Conduct social media research and identify relevant trends
- Support content planning and maintain content calendars
- Assist with Meta Business Suite and basic campaign activities
- Research competitors, campaigns, creatives, and social media strategies
- Suggest new content ideas and opportunities for improving online presence

? RESEARCH & ANALYSIS

- Conduct market, competitor, user, and industry research
- Research apps, platforms, technologies, trends, and business opportunities
- Find, evaluate, and compare different tools, platforms, and services




- Research topics and questions assigned by the Founder
- Prepare concise research summaries, briefs, findings, and action points
- Collect information from reliable online sources and organize findings clearly

? AI & PRODUCTIVITY

- Use ChatGPT, Meta AI, Gemini, Canva AI, and other relevant AI tools
- Use AI tools for research, brainstorming, content development, summaries, and productivity
- Explore new AI tools that can improve startup workflows
- Find smarter and more efficient ways to complete day-to-day tasks
- Verify AI-generated information before using it in business work

? RECRUITMENT SUPPORT

- Post jobs and internships across relevant hiring platforms
- Support LinkedIn recruitment and job-posting activities
- Research potential candidates, talent pools, colleges, and student communities
- Support candidate sourcing and application tracking
- Maintain recruitment trackers and organize candidate information
- Assist with interview coordination and recruitment-related tasks when required

? DIGITAL OPERATIONS & REPORTING

- Maintain Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel trackers
- Support data collection, reporting, and basic analysis
- Maintain content, campaign, research, and recruitment trackers
- Prepare presentations, documents, and internal reports
- Organize digital information and documentation
- Support day-to-day digital and operational requirements of the startup

? FOUNDER’S OFFICE & STARTUP SUPPORT

- Assist the Founder with research and execution of new ideas
- Prepare quick briefs, summaries, comparisons, and presentations
- Support coordination and follow-ups on assigned tasks
- Research new tools, platforms, services, events, communities, and opportunities
- Assist with various small but important digital tasks required for startup execution
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and provide timely updates
- Help convert ideas and requirements into actionable tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and action points.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with digital productivity tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Meta AI is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Interest in startups, technology, social media, community-focused products, or digital platforms.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and take initiative.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Ongoing or completed education in business, management, communications, marketing, technology, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
