Founder's Office Associate (Founding Fellow) — MyTheraverseOS The most underrated job in a startup is the person sitting next to the founder.

Before you're 25, you can spend two years learning how a company works from the outside — or twelve weeks learning it from the one chair that sees everything.

I'm Champ, mother and founder of MyTheraverseOS. I built this company because I lived the problem: a neurodivergent child, five specialists, three schools, a hundred WhatsApp threads, and no system holding any of it together. Our mission is to help 100 million parents realise their children's full potential across all forms of neurodiversity. I'm looking for one person to run the Founder's Office with me.

What the Founder's Office actually is

It's the cockpit. Every investor conversation, every hospital partnership, every grant deadline, every hard decision passes through it. Your job is to make sure nothing significant is ever late, lost or unprepared — and to quietly build the systems that let a company run without its founder in every room.

What you'll own from Day 1

- My calendar and inbox: you decide what deserves my attention
- Investor, advisor and partner follow-ups — you are the reason nothing goes cold
- One-page briefs before every meeting that matters: who they are, what they want, what we want
- The Monday founder dashboard: what happened, what's stuck, what's next
- Travel, events, demo days, clinic visits — logistics so tight nobody notices them
- Running our AI stack (Claude, Notion, Granola) so we move three times faster than a team our size should

What you'll walk away with

- Founder-level pattern recognition: you'll watch a pre-seed company raise,

hire, partner, and ship-up close
- A network you couldn't buy: clinicians, investors, incubators, school heads, ministers
- A portfolio of systems you built that a real company runs on
- A reference from me that says exactly what you did-not a template
- A shot at the permanent role and equity in the company you helped build

Who thrives here

- 0–3 years out of college; a graduate or someone who chose to skip the obvious path
- Writes like a knife: short, warm, no fluff
- Anticipates rather than waits; the kind of person who has already fixed the thing by the time it's mentioned
- Discreet—you'll see the whole company, including the messy parts
- Unbothered by chaos, allergic to dropped balls
- Curious about AI and willing to become dangerous with it

The honest part This is a 12-week, unpaid Founding Fellowship. In Week 1, we sign a one-page document that says exactly what "great" looks like. Hit it, and the role becomes a permanent paid position with ESOPs; you'll be among the first on the cap table. Don't hit it, and you leave with a portfolio, a network, and a reference that opens doors. Either way, you won't leave the same.
