About the Role We’re looking for someone who can work closely with the Founder and help turn ideas, conversations and decisions into execution.

This is not a typical assistant role.

You’ll sit at the centre of Offcomfrt — working across product, creative, marketing, operations and people — helping the Founder stay focused on the things that actually move the brand forward.

You’ll get visibility into how a fast-growing fashion brand is built from the inside.

What You’ll Do

- Work directly with the Founder on daily priorities and important projects.
- Convert meetings and ideas into clear tasks, owners and deadlines.
- Follow up with different departments to make sure things actually get completed.
- Track launches, hiring, creative projects and other Founder-level priorities.
- Prepare quick research and insights before important decisions.
- Organise Founder meetings, notes, documents and information.
- Coordinate with the COO, CMO, CX/Ops and other team members when required.
- Help build internal systems, trackers, SOPs and processes as Offcomfrt grows.
- Assist with hiring coordination, interviews and candidate tracking.
- Take ownership of special projects that may not belong to any one department.
- Protect the Founder’s time by separating what needs his attention from what can be handled independently.

- Is comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, presentations and basic digital tools.
- Has curiosity about fashion, branding, startups and consumer businesses.
- Can handle confidential information responsibly.
- Does not wait to be told every next step.

You'll also interact regularly with our founding team and department heads.

Location Offcomfrt Office — Haryana

This is primarily an in-office role because the position needs to stay close to the Founder, team and daily execution.

Experience 0–1 years preferred.

Freshers can apply if they have exceptional ownership, communication and execution ability.
