You''ll work close to the product: what you build this week is on a live client call next week.

The Role As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you''ll own how our voice agents work for a portfolio of enterprise clients end to end, from the first conversation about what they need through to what runs at scale on their calls. You''re the person a client escalates to when something needs a final call.

The role has three facets. You''ll work directly with clients as the primary point of ownership, not just an executor. You''ll approach problems as a solutions owner, setting the approach for your portfolio rather than working one ticket at a time.

And you''ll build, review, and stay accountable for what ships, including work that isn''t yours alone, depending on how your team is structured.





This is hands-on from week one. You''ll own real client work early, build judgment across the voice AI, and grow into someone who can set the approach for a client relationship and, depending on team needs, lead the engineers working alongside you.

What You''ll Own

- Own the relationship and the build for a portfolio of clients. Scope the approach, decide what gets prioritized, and be the final call when something needs one.
- Work directly with clients across BFSI, media, pharma, and real estate, as the person they escalate to, not just the person executing the fix.
- Set the solutioning approach for open-ended problems, the ones nobody has built yet, and decide how the team tackles them.
- Go beyond the agent building itself when the problem calls for it, whether that''s how data gets presented or how a workflow fits together.
- Stay accountable for what ships across your portfolio, including work you didn''t build yourself.

What We''re Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of experience, with real ownership of a client, product, or project, not just individual tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You''ll be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Understanding of how the underlying tech stack fits together: APIs, webhooks, telephony, data flows.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and prompting, with a track record of shipping something, not just experimenting.
- Comfort owning ambiguity for other people, not just yourself, and the judgment to make a call when nobody else will.
