Job Title: ForgeRock Identity Management Security Architect / Team Lead

Location: Bangalore / PAN India

Role: Security Architect / Team Lead / Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ForgeRock Identity Management qualified to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for architecture, security, integrations, governance, and technical leadership across ForgeRock environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end CIAM architecture and design using ForgeRock.
- Design and govern Authentication Trees/Journeys, Authorization, SSO, and Federation.
- Architect integrations with web, mobile, APIs, and external Identity Providers.
- Design scalable, highly available and secure IAM solutions.
- Implement security controls including MFA, adaptive authentication, and risk-based access.
- Review solution designs, configurations, and code for security and quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor ForgeRock/IAM development teams.
- Work with clients, security, infrastructure,



and delivery teams.
- Support CIAM migrations from Ping, Okta, or custom IAM platforms.
- Contribute to solutioning, estimations, RFPs, and pre-sales activities.

- Strong CIAM / IAM architecture experience
- OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0
- JWT and REST APIs
- LDAP / Directory Services
- Java, JavaScript or Groovy
- Linux/Unix environments

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD and DevSecOps
- API Security
- MFA / Adaptive Authentication
- Ping / Okta migration experience
- ForgeRock certifications

Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
- ForgeRock FRX-AM-CSE Certified preferred
- ForgeRock FRX-IDM-CSE Certified preferred
